An all alloy replacement fuel tank for the Lotus Elise and Exige S2. This tank is foam filled and pressure tested. It will accept the original fuel pump/sender unit. There are several variations of this tank to suit the different models which may not be reflected in the image shown (the fuel pump sender shown is not supplied). The tank has a straight pipe seen on the S1 Elise Exige and there are two variations in the S2 K Series Elise Exige tank which can be identified from looking within the engine bay on the right hand side of the vehicle, where the fuel filler is located. Next to the fuel filler pipe there is a second return/breather pipe that will be either 16mm or 25mm in diameter. When placing an order, please specify your vehicle and the diameter of the return/breather pipe in the options above. Please note that this tank replicates the dimensions of the original tank, but as the tank is foam filled the fuel capacity is approximately 20% less than the original tank.
