For race cars only. The solid bush kit improves turn in and increases front end grip. The kit also gives anti lift features which improves grip off the line by reducing weight transfer to the rear.

And all this without compromising grip under braking which happens when you run more camber. Caster adjustment is a win win situation.

Don't worry about ground clearance unless you are going seriously off-road. H&R springs will not effect your cars day to day usability but will give your car a much nicer, even more stable feel under braking and through the corners as well as helping traction when you accelerate by reducing weight transfer to the rear.
