CIVIC (TYPE R) H&R Sport Springs/Ελατήρια HR, 07->, -25mm If you want to make your car look less run-of-the-mill and more of a
driving machine, them H&R have the answer. Their springs are
designed for use with normal or sport dampers and are TUV Approved.
Don't worry about ground clearance unless you are going seriously
off-road. H&R springs will not effect your cars day to day
usability but will give your car a much nicer, even more stable feel
under braking and through the corners as well as helping traction
when you accelerate by reducing weight transfer to the rear.
