2. You will get an automated email confirming your order details. Address, price, part number etc

3. You will get another email from a salesperson confirming delivery time is correct. If delivery time is different to what is written on the website we will ask you if you want to proceed with your order

4. If delivery time is the same, we will have your brake pads on the day we said

5. The courier brings you your brakes pads

Do not worry about expected delays or about getting brake pads you did not order, if we make a mistake we will fix it free of charge. And if anything changes, we will keep you informed
